He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor. Proverbs 22:9

AN EAGLE'S EYE SEES THOSE IN NEED AND PROVIDES FOR THEIR NEED

In this verse, a bountiful eye is like an eagles eye. Someone who possesses a bountiful or eagles eye can spot a good opportunity from a far away distance. Now, this is not a money making sort of opportunity, but could train ones eye in that which is Righteous or Just. But it is an opportunity to see those in need or who are less fortunate than ourselves, that we might give a gift or bless someone in need. The eagle eye can spot a person in need and is capable to discern an opportunity to provide the poor with shelter, medicine, food, clothing, friendship, love, acceptance, encouragement and sundry gifts or support and care.
